We cook and prepare fresh lobster meat in house. We use a small batch process to ensure perfect results each time, guaranteeing texture and quality.

Note: Our frozen lobster meat is cooked before freezing.

Minimum orders for Fresh Lobster: 2 lbs, and our fresh lobster meat is shipped in 2 pound increments only.

Minimum orders for Frozen Lobster: 12 lbs, and our frozen lobster meat is shipped in 12 pound increments only.
